I just moved to Avon Park, after booking an appointment at the local Ford dealership, I canceled and made an appointment at Layes for 100k maintenance on my 2012 Raptor, quite a few items. I was treated with courtesy (something severely lacking at the local Ford dealership) and timeliness. No upsells. A report when all work was completed (on time I might add!!). All of my vehicles will be going to Laye’s in the future.

Since I found Laye’s Tires I don’t need to look any further for my automotive needs… They’re all genuinely nice, knowledgeable people, they let you know what you need immediately, what you can hold off for a little bit- not looking to rip you off… In our economic times that’s refreshing…

I had a nail in my tire and my husband called at 4:30 to see if someone could look at the tire. By 4:40 they had my vehicle in the bay replacing that tire and had me out by 5:00. Many businesses would have told me to come the next day because it was close to closing time. I am so grateful that your business took care of my vehicle so quickly. Thank you so much.

Quick and easy. Asked for a vehicle inspection but really was concerned about a particular noise. Only charged me for what I needed to get done which was just bending back a heat shield so that it wouldn’t touch my exhaust. They could have charged me for a full vehicle inspection liked I originally asked but only charged me a small fee of $15 because of how small the task really was. I appreciate the integrity and honesty this company has. Thank you.
